Dilara Uçar is registered with the Izmir Bar Association and also is a Board Member of a venture capital company. Additionally, she is a member of the Energy Disputes Arbitration Center, GENÇ ISTAC, and volunteers at the Turkey Education Volunteers Foundation.

Mehmet Koç
Mehmet Koç, graduated from the Law Faculty of Istanbul University, is a member of Istanbul Bar and Turkish Bar Associations. After completing his undergraduate study, Koç worked in national and international law firms which are specialized in areas of commercial, energy and information technology law. He succeeded his master’s degree in Institute of European Union in Marmara University with his “Special Situations in Commercial Agent’s Goodwill Indemnity Claim; A Comparative Review with Turkish and European Union Law” titled thesis. He also continues his studies on Sustainability and Energy Regulations in Marmara University Public Law Doctorate Program.
Koç, who is also the professional representative of Yenibirlider Association, is a part-time lecturer at Özyeğin University and provides pro-bono consultancy to the leading NGOs of our country on environmental and energy law.
Koç, with excellent command of English, has worked in many projects on Energy Law, Personal Data Protection Law, Information Technology Law, Agency Law, Commercial and Corporate Law. He has managed variety of compliance project and specialized particularly in areas of Energy, Defense Industry, Foreign Trade, Media and Information Technologies on sectoral basis.
Ahmet Can Öztürk
Mediator Lawyer Ahmet Can Öztürk graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law and has a good command of English. After completing his internship at an international law firm after his bachelor education, he has started to be in service as a lawyer in Izmir.
In 2017, he started the master of European Union Law program at Dokuz Eylul University, Institute of Social Sciences. Ahmet Can Öztürk, who has expertise and experience in the fields of European Union Law, Competition Law, Administrative Law, IT Law, Logistics Law and Insurance Law since 2016, also started to work as a Mediator in 2022.
Ahmet Can Öztürk is registered to İzmir Bar Association and is also a member of İzmir Göztepe Rotary Association.
Elif Gül Yılmazlar
Elif Gül Yılmazlar was born in Izmir in 1989. She graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law and completed her master's degree in Human Rights Law at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law. She conducted short-term internships at the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey and the Capital Markets Board. Elif Gül Yılmazlar received awards in various competitions organized by ELSA, the European Law Students' Association, the Union of Turkish Bar Associations, Ankara University, and Ankara Bar Association.
Elif Gül Yılmazlar was honored with the Prof. Dr. Çiğdem Kağıtçıbaşı Human Development Research Award by Koç University's UNESCO Chair. Her research earned her research scholarships from the Raoul Wallenberg Institute in Sweden and the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law in Germany. She has given lectures at Yale University, Cornell University, and McGill University.
With her EGY Consultancy company in the Netherlands, she provides legal consultancy for prestigious companies on issues related to obtaining residence permits, establishing companies, making investments, and incentives. She continues to collaborate with local and international partners. Elif Gül Yılmazlar is currently pursuing her doctoral studies at Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
