Dilara Uçar has broad experience in Commercial and Corporate Law, Energy Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Start-Up Law, Foreign Investment, Labor Law and Capital Markets Law. She is also a registered Trademark Attorney. She offers legal services to domestic and multinational clients in Turkey and in international area especially in structuring of foreign investments, project finance, reviewing and negotiating of finance documents and barious type of contracts, share transfers, corporate disputes, corporate governance services. Dilara Uçar is registered with the Izmir Bar Association and also is a Board Member of a venture capital company. Additionally, she is a member of the Energy Disputes Arbitration Center, GENÇ ISTAC, and volunteers at the Turkey Education Volunteers Foundation.
