As Uçar Law|Consulting, we support our clients for preparation of special personal data inventory, legal analysis of the personal datas, drafting of personal data protection policies, procedures ve agreements, drafting of the clarification and explicit consent texts in relation to personal data protection, registration with the Data Controllers’ Registry (VERBİS).

We are updating e-commerce procedures and documentation of the clients who are acting in e-commerce in accordance with personal data protection law and regulation. Also, we are preparing various personal data protection clause samples for daily contracts of the clients pursuant to personal data protection legislation.

Additionally, we are providing in-company training services to clients employees in order to create an awareness in personal data protection. We also offer appropriate software systems via our solution partners in order to comply personal data protection legislation.

We provide all these services as a whole within the compliance project in order to comply with the relevant legislation.
